Get the right kind of Business Plan Help. Get the right plan.

About MeBusiness plan help is available all over the web. So who do you trust? Trust yourself. While many sites offer valuable information, it is important to "do your homework" when preparing to start a business.

Although it's hardly surprising so many people are looking for easy ways to get a complete business plan in their hands to pass on to investors or lenders, it's also saddening that most of those plans won't even be read.

Planning and Starting a Business is not Easy

It really sucks having to be the one to tell you the truth, but if you've been around this site, you've already realized I'm not about to sugar-coat the reality of business planning. Writing a plan takes a lot of time and effort; business concepts and visions are rarely conjured up in a couple of days. Expect planning for a new business to take at least 1-3 months.

Business planning, is like many things, part art and part science. The most experienced entrepreneurs are fully aware that a business plan must persuasively describe the relevant experience, present and future requirements, and ultimately, the return on investment (ROI) to all stakeholders your business will bring them. Just as you would, they want to minimize their risks and maximize their gains. Which is why you need to go way beyond simply filling in words, phrases and figures into a pre-designed template.

What kind of business plan help can I offer you?

As a full-time market research analyst in one of Asia's most prominent markets, I offer you various ways of identifying and defining your market and fine-tuning your products or services to meet its needs. I spend most of my working hours analyzing and interpreting consumer market research for multinationals and small to medium sized businesses alike. I've also written plans for several clients and for various purposes.

But most importantly, I am an expert at failure - I spent a good many years working in insolvency/bankruptcy administration, and many years running failed businesses - both my own and others'. Why is this good? Well, imagine knowing exactly what not to do when planning and operating a business? As the saying goes, failure is a far better teacher than success. That's not to say I haven't succeeded. Several of my clients have successfully secured financial backing for their ventures, but if you were to ask me, I would have to admit that their successes were because of their actions, not mine.
